How does the card actually work?
Inside is an NFC chip holding a link. When a customer holds their phone near it, the phone reads the chip and offers to open the page — the same principle as a contactless payment, except a link is passed instead of a payment.
Does the customer need an app?
No. Recent iPhones and Android phones read NFC tags natively. A notification appears and one tap opens the page. Nothing gets installed.
How do I put my own link on the card?
With any free NFC writing app on your phone. Open the app, paste your review link or profile URL, hold the card to the phone and you are done. It takes seconds and you can rewrite it whenever you want.
Which phones support this?
Most phones from the last few years. On iPhone, background reading has worked since the XR/XS generation, and the vast majority of Android models handle it too. Older and very cheap handsets may not have NFC, which is why we suggest testing the card on two or three phones when it arrives.
What is the difference between the four cards?
Only the print. The Google, Instagram and Facebook cards each carry the prompt for that one platform. The All-in-One card is neutral, so you can point it at a landing page holding several links at once.
Can I order in larger quantities?
Standard boxes go up to 200 cards and the price per card falls as the box grows. If you need more, get in touch and we will arrange a custom order.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 9 to 12 days. We quote a realistic number rather than a speed we could not guarantee. Every parcel has a tracking number.
Is this compliant with the platforms' policies?
The card only shortens the path to your page. Reviews must always be written by real customers based on their own experience. Buying, faking or incentivising reviews violates Google's policies and we do not support it.
